Can I start without commitment?+

Starter and Pro are monthly with no lock-in — cancel anytime from the dashboard. Business and Enterprise are contractual with zero penalty if CCX misses SLA for 3 consecutive months.

How long does onboarding take?+

Through the dashboard, 24 to 48h — the time needed for Meta to approve the number. If you don't have a technical team, our squad handles end-to-end integration: free for accounts from 30k messages/month, or US$ 1,000 one-time setup below that volume.

What happens if I exceed my plan's volume?+

Nothing breaks. We bill overage at the same unit price as your plan. No silent throttling, no penalty, no service cut. Automatic 70% / 90% / 100% alerts in the dashboard.

What if Meta blocks my number?+
