What happens if I go over my package?

Overage is billed at R$ 0.005 per email — no throttling, no surprise. If your steady volume outgrows the package, we move you up a tier so the per-email rate keeps dropping.

Who manages IP warmup and reputation?

We do. Shared IP warmup is automatic — your domain inherits the pool's reputation. Higher-volume packages get a managed dedicated IP with gradual warmup by CCX engineers, plus daily reputation monitoring on Sender Score, Talos and Spamhaus.

Do you handle DKIM/SPF/DMARC?

Yes. We sign every email with DKIM, publish SPF records, and report DMARC alignment per domain. The dashboard shows pass rate, suppressed addresses and last failed authentication per recipient.

Can I send inbound email (parsing)?

Yes. Set up MX records pointing to CCX and we parse inbound emails into structured JSON delivered via HMAC webhook. R$ 0.0012 per inbound message.
