VTEX engineering for Latin American commerce

Access control, data and audit
Multi-tenant with per-organization isolation, RBAC, scoped API keys, rate limiting and JWT RS256. Consent handled in the application, not in a spreadsheet: cross-channel opt-in, DSR handling, immutable audit log and retention policy, which is what a GDPR request or a TCPA dispute actually asks you to produce. Penetration testing and forensics when the situation calls for it.
