1. How to request the deletion of your data

CCX Company ("CCX") guarantees your right to request, at any time and free of charge, the deletion of your personal data from our databases, products and services, in accordance with the LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Step by step

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion".
2. Provide your full name and the identifier associated with you in the service: email address, phone/WhatsApp number (with country code) or, for companies, the tax ID.
3. If you know them, list the CCX services your data went through — for example: CCX Messages (email, SMS or WhatsApp), SaaS products, forms on this website.
4. Our team confirms receipt within 72 business hours and sends you the ticket number.
5. We may ask for one additional piece of information solely to verify your identity — a security measure so that no one can request deletion of data on your behalf.
6. Deletion is completed within 30 calendar days and you receive formal confirmation in the same ticket.

What gets deleted

• Registration and contact data (name, email, phone);
• Message history and delivery records associated with you in CCX Messages (email, SMS and WhatsApp);
• Account and usage data in CCX products and platforms;
• Data submitted through forms on this website (contact, materials, newsletters).
