Nossa stack de referência para web apps enterprise combina Next.js (App Router) no frontend + tRPC ou GraphQL + Postgres com Prisma/Drizzle + Redis para cache e rate limit + S3-compatible para objetos + Stripe ou Pagar.me para cobrança. Em infraestrutura: Vercel ou self-hosted em AWS/GCP com Terraform, containers em ECS Fargate ou GKE Autopilot, Observability com Sentry, Datadog ou Grafana Cloud.

Multi-tenancy é resolvido em três modelos conforme o caso: (a) schema-per-tenant (Postgres com schemas dedicados — isolamento forte, overhead operacional), (b) shared-schema com tenant_id (isolamento leve, máxima eficiência), ou (c) database-per-tenant (isolamento máximo, custo alto, para clientes regulados). Nosso default é shared-schema com row-level security do Postgres garantindo isolamento a nível de query.

Autenticação com providers enterprise (SSO SAML, OIDC, SCIM provisioning) além de email+senha + 2FA TOTP. RBAC granular com permissions model + audit log imutável. Para apps financeiros ou regulados, adicionamos WebAuthn/passkeys e device attestation.
