The 6 setup steps
CCX does the heavy lifting. You just share 4 pieces of info (tax ID, proof of business, phone number, technical contact).
1. Meta Business verification
You provide tax ID + proof of business. CCX uploads to Business Manager and tracks approval (24-72h).
2. Number registration
Brand-new number (we buy it for you) or port in your existing one. Includes area code, prefix and display-name PIN.
3. Initial HSM templates
We build together the 5-10 most critical templates (welcome, order, reminder, OTP) and submit to Meta.
4. Stack integration
Connect via REST API or native integration (VTEX, Shopify, SAP, etc). Webhooks work out of the box.
5. Tokens and permissions
We generate tokens per environment (sandbox, prod) with fine-grained scopes. Dashboard users provisioned.
6. First send
You fire the first approved template. We track delivery, read and reply in real time on the dashboard.
