The NexLog OS TMS orchestrates routing, freight spot auction, freight audit, route compliance, modal shift, carrier risk score and digital POD through the NexLog Driver app.
CT-e, MDF-e, Incoterms and optional foreign trade integrate with the same MDM as the WMS and OMS, and each shipment step becomes a canonical event in the ledger.

No more silos between transportation, orders and finance
A traditional TMS is run by a logistics team that talks to the ERP through files and to finance through spreadsheets. In NexLog OS, Carrier (carriers), Shipment (shipments), Claim (claims), Freight Invoice (freightInvoices), Allocation (costAllocations) and Billing (billingEntries) live in the same canonical model as the OMS and WMS.
This eliminates manual reconciliation between order, shipping, CT-e, bill of lading and invoice.
Freight audit and carrier risk score
The freight audit engine checks each freight invoice against the contracted rate table, surcharges, actual dimensional weight and the routes actually traveled. Discrepancies raise an exception in Control Tower, block payment at settlement and feed the carrier risk score.
The score combines each carrier's OTD, damage, claims and document compliance, and feeds back into routing and the spot auction.
Multimodal, Brazilian tax compliance and optional foreign trade
CT-e and MDF-e are issued natively for domestic road transportation. For exports, the Customs module plugs into the same shipment and adds NCM/HS, BL/AWB and international declarations (ONE Record, Cargo-XML, WCO Data Model).
Incoterms are attached to the order in the OMS and propagate responsibilities to the TMS and Customs, without duplication.
